“I’m looking for a world where love will no longer be extraordinary.” – Patch Adams
While in Mallorca I had the pleasure of documenting a course held by physician and clown Patch Adams. Hugging a total stranger for more than 10 minutes at a time was a foreign experience to the participants and many of them was deeply moved by it. I was reminded of how crucial love, presence and bodily contact is for our well being. Yet we never really appreciate these things as important.
Why don’t we practice this every day?
